Cancellation Policy
- If you’d like to cancel your ticket more than 5-days before the event, you may do so directly with Ticket Tailor, minus booking and transaction fees of £1.00 per ticket.
Click ‘Manage Tickets’ in your confirmation email > Manage Order > Cancel Order - Tickets are non-refundable if less than 5-days’ notice is given before the event. However, tickets are transferable, providing the attendee is in a suitable business. Please let us know if you cannot attend, or if another person will come in your place, so that we may offer a space to someone on our waiting list.
